Abortion backup with error

Error Description

A long time ago, I have removed Kaspersky on my Windows 10 pc with the designated removal tool. After I had removed it, there wasn´t any backup and creation of a file version history possible. The abortion was during the creation of the shaddow copy. Moreover there was an error while I am calling System -> computer protection.

After I had checked the category application in the event viewer, I saw following event:

Volumeschattenkopie-Dienstfehler: Beim Aufrufen einer Routine auf einem Volumeschattenkopieanbieter "{b5946137-7b9f-4925-af80-51abd60b20d5}" ist ein Fehler aufgetreten. Routinedetails IVssSnapshotProvider::IsVolumeSupported() failed with 0x8000ffff [hr = 0x8000ffff, Schwerwiegender Fehler ].

Vorgang: Überprüfen, ob das Volume vom Anbieter unterstützt wird Volume einem Schattenkopiesatz hinzufügen

Reason

The removal tool removes following registry key, which is required:

Debugging

A .reg file with following text must be created or you download this file here. Now the file have to be imported in the registry. To do this, open the file with a double click und agree the notifications with yes. Finally there is a reboot required.
